Zoë’s Journey

Zoë enjoyed a prolonged purple patch in own career workingfor over 20 years, facilitating change management in multinationals and major corporations of the financial world, whilst also working as a life coach and business mentor. In 2013, this ‘run of success’ enabled Zoë to make a life changing decision, she followed her instincts to take herself out of the ‘rat-race’ and pursue a more rewarding lifestyle for herself and her daughter. She left the city and returned to her roots by the sea, on the beautiful Isle of Wight.

It quickly became apparent that Zoë could comfortably continue with corporate change management work from her Island base.  Soon Zoë was approaching a new local market keen to apply her big business principles to smaller, local firms in need of professional support. Word spread quickly and consistent demand for her services – particularly a new GDPR legislation came into effect – identifing a need for professional change management locally. This demand lead to the launch of a new, bespoke, project management office and since 2017, Zoë has been successfully applying her business acumen for the benefit of others, as founder and creator of Purple Patch PMO.
